Pao Xiang was built up from scratch by Chef Ah Zong, whose success was fuelled solely by the desire to ensure that the history and goodness of Bah Kut Teh – a true blue Malaysian delicacy, could be passed down to the future generations through Restaurant Pao Xiang.
