A: Hungreats is a local restaurant discovery and promotion platform. We help diners find great food, and help restaurants grow by boosting visibility, driving traffic, and connecting them with local food lovers.

A:
• Any licensed restaurant, café, food stall, or cloud kitchen.
• Local suppliers, food brands, and event organizers looking to reach food lovers.
• Home-based businesses (case-by-case approval).

Q: Is Hungreats available everywhere?

A: We currently operate in Setia Alam and surrounding areas. More cities coming soon.

2. Getting Started

Q: How do I list my restaurant on Hungreats?

A:
1. Click the red button at the top right part of the website, and "Create Restaurant"
2. Provide your details:

• Name, address, contact number
• Cuisine type & menu
• Photos (optional but recommended)

3. Our team will review and publish within 1–2 working days.

Q: How do I join Hungreats 100?

A:
• Hungreats 100 is our annual ranking of top restaurants based on verified customer votes and reviews.
• Restaurants are automatically eligible if listed on Hungreats.
• To boost your chances, promote your Hungreats profile and encourage diners to vote.

Q: How do I submit a promotion or deal?

A:
• Kindly Click "Hungreats Promo" Page
• Click "Add Promo"
• Fill in the promo details: title, description, dates, and any T&Cs.
• All promos must be clear, valid, and honoured for the stated period.
• Our team will review and publish within 3–5 working days.

Q: Can I update my listing or promotions later?

A: Yes. You can edit anytime via the Dashboard, or email our support team.

3. Costs & Earnings

Q: Is there a fee for listings?

A:
• Basic listing: Free.
• Featured listing & ads: Paid options available

4. Rules & Guidelines

Q: How do you prevent fake reviews?

A: We use a combination of:
• Account verification
• Vote monitoring for suspicious patterns
• Manual review of flagged content

Restaurants caught manipulating votes or reviews may be disqualified from Hungreats 100 and/or delisted.
